Dungeon
Queue alone or with a party, clear an instanced challenge and defeat the boss for personal rewards.
Getting Started

Open the Dungeons window in the client to view available dungeons. Select a dungeon to see its requirements, difficulties, potential boss loot, challenges, queue status and fastest completion times.

You can enter alone or with a party when the selected dungeon allows it. If every instance is occupied, the queue displays an estimated waiting time and starts your run when an instance becomes available.

  • Choose a difficulty before joining the queue.
  • Only difficulties you have unlocked can be selected.
  • Solo and group completion times are recorded separately for every difficulty.
Dungeon Charges

Every player needs an available dungeon entry. The system uses a regular charge first and consumes a Dungeon Coin only when no regular charges remain.

  • You can store up to 3 regular dungeon charges.
  • One charge regenerates every 7 hours until you return to the maximum.
  • A Dungeon Coin provides one additional entry when you have no regular charges. Dungeon Coin
  • The current live system grants no extra VIP charges; VIP and regular players can both store up to 3 charges.
Difficulty Levels

Normal is unlocked first. Completing your highest available difficulty unlocks the next one for future runs.

Higher difficulties strengthen every dungeon monster and the boss while increasing experience, gold and reward chances.

Queue and Dungeon Rules
  • When entering as a party, only the party leader can join the queue.
  • Every party member must meet the level, quest, item and entry-charge requirements.
  • Changing, leaving or disbanding the party while queued removes the group from the queue.
  • You cannot join while in combat unless you are standing in a protection zone.
  • To receive a personal completion reward, you must participate in the Boss fight by dealing damage to the boss.
Personal Boss Rewards

Eligible players receive their own reward bag in the inbox after the Boss is defeated.

The selected difficulty increases reward chances from Expert onward. The Gold Ingot amount also scales with the difficulty's Gold Drop bonus.
